Experimenting

I have really been enjoying everything in my Kit from Epicure Selections. I made rich wonderful brownies using the recipe found on the Epicure Selections site. Using the pure cocoa from Epicure makes them so rich and amazing!

I also took a pork roast added Red Garlic Sans Sel, Asian Stir fry seasoning, minced garlic, (all from Epicure!) added ground ginger, soy sauce, a dash of worcestershire sauce, a little bit of water...not too much! Add one chopped onion, throw it all in the slow cooker and voila..asian style pork that falls apart with just the touch of a fork.
