Summer cooking.

I am enjoying using some of the new summer products from Epicure Selections. I have the new burger press and already made some yummy burgers using the Epicure Seasoning for burgers. I can't wait to get the Barbecue Mesh Grilling pan to use on the barbecue and I could use the corn holders and dishes as well.

Experimenting

I have really been enjoying everything in my Kit from Epicure Selections. I made rich wonderful brownies using the recipe found on the Epicure Selections site. Using the pure cocoa from Epicure makes them so rich and amazing!

I also took a pork roast added Red Garlic Sans Sel, Asian Stir fry seasoning, minced garlic, (all from Epicure!) added ground ginger, soy sauce, a dash of worcestershire sauce, a little bit of water...not too much! Add one chopped onion, throw it all in the slow cooker and voila..asian style pork that falls apart with just the touch of a fork.

My first order is in

I was so thrilled today to find out that my first order as an Epicure Independent Consultant. It was like Christmas opening that box. The rim trimmers were the first things I saw. Surprised that they are alot bigger than I would have expected. The containers are almost as big around as a CD...NICE! Now I can't wait to hold my first actual Tasting Party. So excited, I can't handle it...lol.

So, I am getting pretty excited about being an Epicure Consultant. I have my first 2 parties booked and am aiming for 2 more before the 24th of April. I am looking forward to doing my first tasting party for my good friend Ann.

First time for everything.

So, yeah here I am blogging. I figure that it could be useful to me to have a blog now that I am an Independant Consultant for Epicure Selections. This will be a great way for me to get the word out about parties etc. I will also use it for other reasons, but about that later.
